Important Booking Information
Timeliness Matters: Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions are carefully scheduled, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or overlap with another client’s session.
*Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will incur a C$50 lateness fee*
Deposit & Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your session is not officially booked until payment is received.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Reschedules under 48 hours may require a new deposit.
Guests & Extras: Please limit the number of people on set to those being photographed (and one accompanying adult, where necessary). This keeps the environment relaxed and focused.
